I started baking in the 4th grade. I was inspired by my own mom, who, by far, is the best baker in the world, but also, by my friend’s mom who would bake up the best freshly baked snickerdoodle on the planet.

When my nephew was born, I decided to start a tradition of making his bday cake every year. The first one was horrible!!! I mean, it probably tasted delicious, but seriously like a 3rd grader made it. Ever since, I have been getting better and better, challenging myself all the time to try new things, and be brave enough to go bigger, and more difficult.

Fast forward to today. I am happily married with 5 kids. I met my husband 10 years ago when we were skiing at Alpental. Clearly, we had a lot in common, and were married 2 years later. He had 4 amazing children from his late wife that were now calling me Mom. That’s when we decided to have our own beautiful daughter. It was hard, when she was born, to keep up with the baking, and keep her from keeping her fingers out of the cakes. (luckily no disasters). Now that all of the kids are in full time school, I am devoting everything I have to making the most delicious and beautiful desserts you’ve ever had. Making new flavors every day is fun. Also experimenting with new cutting edge techniques. In my down time, I’m obviously a Mom, first and foremost, but I love skiing, traveling, camping, swimming, kayaking, and working out at the gym. I can’t wait to begin an adventure making amazing desserts for you and your friends and family!
